PEDRO MACCISE

His motto of life is "Permanently under deconstruction".

Fashion designer, plastic and conceptual artist. His great creativity has led him to venture into different areas, such as music, acting and modeling.

He already has several exhibitions under his belt, runways and events, by him and some in which he has participated, in the city of Puebla, and in Mexico City, as well as New York and San Antonio, Texas.

Mátalas... Callándo (Kill them ... Shutting Up) his clothing brand is still "alive, but on hiatus for the moment", as he explains it.

 Although strong, dark and passionate to the naked eye, Pedro Maccise's works are pieces full of introspection, concepts, feelings, mysticism and reflections, which produce something magical in us. The work invites us to be contemplated carefully. While our eyes travel around the canvas we discover hidden messages, silhouettes, people and creatures that speak to us and invite us to continue admiring every inch of this very personal artistic process.

All his pieces contain elements of sentimental value for the artist, in some of them letters, photos and other kinds of memorabilia, in others, wax, feathers and wood that were part of some personal corner, others simply painted with his own hands instead of brushes, rusted nails, to make the observer aware of the passing of time.

Each piece is special and when the viewer really connects with it, it makes it difficult to stop admiring it.

His palette of colors, make black and red some of its main as well as white.

Maccise's work is simply a visual spectacle that fills each space where it is placed.
